Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand storytelling and strategic marketing execution for a founder‑led fine jewellery house. The role will ensure every touchpoint reflects quiet luxury, exceptional craftsmanship, and cultural relevance across the GCC and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with the creative vision, business priorities and production capacity.
• Lead seasonal and capsule campaigns across photography, film, editorial and print.
• Curate private client experiences such as salons, viewings, exhibitions and global showcases.
• Manage PR, press relationships, cultural partnerships and founder communications.
• Oversee the brand’s digital presence—including website, social channels and newsletters—with a strong editorial focus.
• Ensure close alignment between marketing, sales and atelier teams.

Required profile

• 4–8+ years of experience in fine jewellery or adjacent ultra‑luxury marketing.
• Background in founder‑led, boutique or independent brands.
• Proven track record of marketing appointments, private previews, salons and capsule drops.
• Strong visual sense for imagery, copy and brand tone that preserves a quiet‑luxury aesthetic.
• High level of discretion and understanding of UHNW clientele.
