Marketing Manager

About the role

ALBADDAD Group is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels. The role will drive brand awareness, support business growth, and collaborate closely with sales, product and customer success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to uncover new opportunities.
• Plan, manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively.
• Lead multi‑channel campaign creation, execution and performance reporting.
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and manage creation of marketing collateral.
• Oversee SEO/SEM, social media, paid advertising and website content management.
• Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze and optimize campaign results.
• Lead, mentor and coordinate a team of marketing professionals and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership and project‑management abilities.
• Creative mindset combined with a data‑driven, results‑focused approach.
