Marketing Manager

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of marketing activities for one of its luxury venues in Dubai. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on implementation, ensuring campaigns launch on time, meet brand standards and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the marketing calendar, campaigns and activations.
• Execute monthly marketing plans aligned with business priorities and coordinate closely with Operations.
• Manage PR agency communications, brief designers, photographers and external suppliers, and oversee photoshoots and video productions.
• Maintain website, listings, reservation and delivery platforms while driving collaborations, partnerships and visibility initiatives.
• Track KPIs, marketing spend and campaign performance, producing monthly performance and insight reports.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven marketing experience within hospitality, lifestyle or F&B.
• Strong organisational and project‑management skills, with experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders.
• Confidence working with budgets, reporting and KPIs.
• Proactive mindset, problem‑solving attitude and ability to work autonomously.
• Passion for hospitality, lifestyle and creating memorable guest experiences.
