Marketing Manager

About the role

Boo Boo Laand, Dubai’s premium children’s entertainment concept, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing, branding and communication across retail, events and digital platforms. You will work closely with the Founder and Operations team to design high‑impact campaigns that boost footfall, brand awareness and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns, promotions, events and special activities.
• Manage social media channels, create content, schedule posts and engage the community.
• Coordinate with Events, Operations, Sales and Creative teams to support venue activities.
• Produce marketing assets such as social posts, email campaigns, flyers and digital ads.
• Oversee photo and video shoots, monitor digital advertising performance and work with agencies or external partners.
• Track campaign metrics, prepare regular reports and recommend optimisation based on customer trends.
• Identify partnership opportunities with influencers, schools, corporates, hotels and other relevant businesses.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensure brand guideline compliance and conduct market/competitor research.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail, F&B or leisure.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, social media, campaign planning and brand management.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative, proactive, organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Leadership experience with the ability to guide and mentor a marketing team.
