Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will plan, develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer visits, event bookings and overall revenue for Boo Boo Laand. Reporting directly to the CEO/Director, the role oversees digital marketing, social media, campaigns, promotions, partnerships and ensures alignment with brand and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer traffic and sales.
• Plan and manage monthly and seasonal marketing campaigns, promotions, events and special activities.
• Manage social media channels, including content planning, posting schedules, engagement and community management.
• Coordinate with Events, Operations, Sales and Creative teams to support campaigns and venue activities.
• Monitor digital advertising campaigns, track performance, leads, bookings and marketing spend, and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, retail, F&B or leisure.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns and working with external agencies, influencers and suppliers.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication and leadership skills.
