About the role

I Buy Real Estate Management LLC is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute its marketing strategy across multiple channels as the company expands its boutique real‑estate brokerage services on Saadiyat Island.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid digital campaigns on social media and search platforms.
• Manage social media content, scheduling and community engagement.
• Oversee property portal listings, track lead sources, cost per lead and conversion metrics.
• Lead marketing for new development launches, creating brochures, landing pages, video content and investor campaigns.
• Plan and promote client and investor events from concept through follow‑up.
• Maintain website content, SEO, conversion optimisation and analytics.
• Work with CRM and AI tools to automate the client journey and improve measurement.
• Produce premium brand‑aligned copy and marketing materials.
• Manage the marketing budget and deliver monthly performance reports to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in UAE real estate, development or luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing analytics.
• Excellent eye for premium design and brand consistency.
• Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage several projects simultaneously.
