Marketing Manager – Lead Multi‑Brand Strategy in Dubai

About the role

We are a leading premium education institute in Dubai seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to shape and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands. This high‑impact position balances brand development with commercial performance, driving awareness, engagement, lead generation and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel marketing strategies aligned with commercial growth objectives.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, managing brand positioning and messaging.
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion performance.
• Oversee website content, social media activity, events, PR, partnerships and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, ROI and key performance metrics; produce regular performance reports.
• Manage external agencies and internal marketing resources.
• Support business expansion, new launches and brand development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 6+ years of marketing experience in a multi‑site, premium consumer or service‑led environment.
• Proven track record of delivering successful integrated campaigns.
• Commercially minded with ability to link marketing activity to revenue growth.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
