Marketing Manager - Live Entertainment (3 Months)

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead 360° live entertainment campaigns in Dubai, overseeing everything from concept development to post‑event analysis. This 3‑month contract role requires close collaboration with event delivery, production and business development teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage full 360° event marketing campaigns, including visual identity and KPI tracking.
• Create and maintain social media calendars, write platform‑specific copy, and moderate community engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers and partners, negotiating barter deals and coordinating ticket giveaways.
• Support onsite coordination with sponsors, influencers and media partners during event days.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with overall event objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in entertainment, events or lifestyle marketing within the UAE or region.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy and ticketing promotions.
• Experience managing agency or vendor relationships for creative production and media buying.
• Excellent English copywriting; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, X, Snapchat and Facebook.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.
