Marketing Manager – Luxury Private Members Club

About the role

The First Group Hospitality is looking for an experienced, commercially‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing, brand, communications and member‑engagement activities of its exclusive private members club in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for strengthening the club’s luxury positioning, driving membership growth and supporting revenue‑generating initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the club’s positioning, commercial objectives and membership goals.
• Lead the creation and protection of the club’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent luxury image across all touchpoints.
• Plan and deliver targeted campaigns to generate membership enquiries, acquisition, engagement, retention and brand awareness.
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, CRM, email marketing, paid campaigns and online content.
• Produce compelling content and marketing collateral showcasing the club’s lifestyle, dining, events, facilities and member benefits.
• Lead marketing and promotional activities for club events, VIP occasions, seasonal campaigns, launches, partnerships and special experiences.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands, lifestyle partners, corporate organisations and media.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or private club environments.
• Commercially driven with a proven ability to deliver results that support revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of brand management and member engagement strategies.
