Marketing Manager – Luxury Resort in Ajman

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of the property’s marketing plan, oversee e‑commerce initiatives, and build strong relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders to drive occupancy and brand awareness for the Ajman Saray Luxury Collection Resort.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive leisure marketing plan, including rate offers, packages and promotional programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites, coordinate email campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Develop collateral such as brochures, signage and property imaging materials.
• Manage the marketing budget, monitor ROI of all campaigns and reallocate funds as needed.
• Collaborate with local convention bureaus, tourism chambers and distribution channels to maximise revenue.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyse market reports, guest data and campaign results to inform strategic decisions.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with external partners and vendors.
