Marketing Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong UAE real‑estate expertise to lead our end‑to‑end digital marketing function. The role combines team leadership, lead generation, SEO, paid media, website management and full‑funnel campaign execution for property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team, set targets, monitor performance and develop SOPs.
• Design and optimise lead‑generation strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid channels, driving high‑quality buyer, seller and investor leads.
• Develop and execute the company’s SEO strategy, conduct keyword research, and improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Own the website’s content, UX, speed and conversion optimisation, collaborating with developers and designers.
• Plan and run 360° digital campaigns, including social media, video, email, WhatsApp and CRM marketing, supporting property launches and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience in the real‑estate sector.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
• Proven track record of generating qualified real‑estate leads in Dubai/UAE.
