Marketing Manager – Retail (Personal Care, Beauty, FMCG)

About the role

The Marketing Manager – Retail will lead the creation and execution of retail marketing plans that boost in‑store performance, product visibility and sales across retail, pharmacy and consumer channels. The role focuses on personal care, beauty, wellness, FMCG, food and lifestyle products, partnering closely with commercial, sales, category and brand teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to increase footfall, conversion and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute in‑store activations, promotions, sampling, bundle offers and brand initiatives.
• Lead product launch activities, including display planning, promotional mechanics and planogram support.
• Design channel‑specific marketing plans for retail, pharmacy, supermarkets and convenience stores.
• Collaborate with sales, visual merchandising, supply chain and category teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions and product availability.
• Monitor sell‑through data, market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
• Support staff through product training, brand education and incentive programmes.
• Evaluate campaign performance using sales results, ROI analysis and customer response.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
• 7–15 years of experience in retail/trade marketing within FMCG, personal care, beauty, wellness or food sectors.
• Strong understanding of retail environments, pharmacy outlets and consumer‑facing channels.
• Proven ability to align marketing activities with commercial objectives and stock availability.
