Marketing Manager / Specialist – Digital & B2B Focus

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager / Specialist to drive digital and B2B marketing initiatives for a boutique management consulting firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will design and execute campaigns that generate leads and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Run CRM‑based email marketing, automation and lead‑nurturing programs.
• Execute SEO, SEM and website optimisation activities.
• Create compelling B2B content for digital channels.
• Oversee LinkedIn and other social media channels to boost brand visibility.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support lead generation and business development efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 2–6 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or in‑house setting.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Creative mindset with a focus on results.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
