A company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced and motivated Female Marketing & Media Officer to join its growing team. This position is ideal for professionals with a solid background in UAE marketing and media, along with a strong understanding of the local market and consumer trends. The ideal candidate will be creative, proactive, and results‑driven, with excellent communication and coordination skills. Immediate joiners will be given preference and should be ready to contribute to marketing initiatives and brand development from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and media strategies to support business objectives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities across multiple platforms.
• Create and manage engaging marketing content and brand communications.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing plans.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market presence.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing or media experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and media practices.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and customer trends.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results‑oriented approach to work.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
