Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the Marketing Manager in coordinating activities across the marketing function and other departments. This full‑time position is based in Dubai and focuses on ensuring smooth processes, timely reporting, and effective internal communication.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain smooth processes for new marketing systems and practices, including Oracle, Daily Huddle, and execution report submissions.
• Organise meetings, delegate tasks, and coordinate with heads of departments as needed.
• Process purchase requisitions in Oracle and forward documentation to Accounts for payment.
• Assist in preparing, collecting, and following up on reports from Marketing Managers.
• Track Apparel Group and competitor advertising activities.
• Schedule internal communications, store openings, and sales announcements.
• Prepare monthly GCC store‑count reports and manage mall permits for photography.
• Coordinate with brands, accounts, and stakeholders to raise LPOs, secure signed marketing agreements, and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Share marketing expense reports with HODs and ensure all marketing‑related payments are processed on time.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related coordination role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
• Understanding of marketing principles, market research techniques, and branding strategies.
