Marketing Project Manager

About the role

A full-time, onsite Marketing Project Manager is needed in Dubai, working standard office hours. The role sits at the centre of the marketing engine, owning the execution of campaigns across digital and offline channels, and works cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, compliance and external partners. It is not a coordination-only position: the employer wants someone who takes ownership and delivers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing projects from planning to execution
• Manage and run digital campaigns (paid media, CRM, affiliates, social, webinars)
• Coordinate offline initiatives such as exhibitions and events
• Define timelines, priorities and deliverables and make sure they happen
• Track campaign performance and optimise based on data
• Manage several projects at once in a fast-moving environment and handle ad-hoc campaigns and urgent launches
• Launch Facebook ads independently, prepare webinar presentations and organise in-person meetings with potential clients

Required profile

• 3 to 6+ years in marketing project management or marketing operations
• Experience managing both digital campaigns and offline events
• Proven track record in Forex, CFD, Crypto, Fintech or similar industries is a strong plus
• Ability to work across teams, not just within marketing
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
