Marketing Project Manager – Real Estate

About the role

USIMSOLD Agency is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end marketing flow for its Dubai real‑estate lead‑generation account. You will act as the central orchestrator, ensuring that every research input, creative asset and compliance check is in place before production begins.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the brand’s marketing foundations – market research, audience definitions, messaging, legal constraints.
• Assemble verified inputs into a comprehensive content plan and agree on the rhythm with brand leadership.
• Build a detailed content calendar that includes creative, copy, CTA and destination URLs.
• Hand off cleanly to production, chase blockers, reconcile numbers and route creatives through compliance review.
• Quality‑control deliverables, catching contradictions, impossible numbers or unsourced claims before they go downstream.

Required profile

• 3+ years managing performance‑marketing, direct‑response or growth projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate specialist teams and enforce deadline discipline.
• Strong instinct for dependencies – you know what must exist before work can start.
• Fluent, precise written English for an async, documentation‑heavy environment.
• Experience in Dubai/UAE real‑estate marketing is a strong plus.
