About the role

The Marketing Sales Representative will drive growth for Renovyn by identifying new business opportunities and managing client relationships across the US, EU, and UK. This remote position focuses on expanding the platform’s professional network and increasing user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients to broaden the platform’s network.
• Execute targeted sales strategies to boost user adoption in multiple regions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to account onboarding.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach messaging and market positioning.
• Demonstrate platform value using digital interfaces to prospective employers and job seekers.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and workflow management.
• Achieve performance targets in a high‑growth business development environment.
• Provide market feedback to the product team.

Required profile

• Three to five years of experience in sales or business development.
• Mid‑level expertise in complex sales cycles and client acquisition.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of digital recruitment and professional networking.
• Capacity to work across US, EU, and UK time zones.
• Experience managing professional relationships through digital platforms.
