Marketing Social Media & Student Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Belvedere International School in Al Ain is looking for a proactive Marketing, Social Media & Student Recruitment Specialist. The role focuses on enhancing the school’s visibility, engaging families and community partners, and driving student enrollment through targeted marketing and admissions support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns that support student recruitment and overall school growth.
• Manage all social media platforms, creating engaging content to boost online presence.
• Respond to prospective‑family enquiries and assist throughout the admissions process.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, community organisations, and external partners.
• Promote school programmes and represent the school at community events.
• Design marketing materials using tools such as Canva.
• Support photography, video production, and other content‑creation activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to enrollment initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with strong written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in school marketing, admissions, student recruitment, social media, or sales.
• Familiarity with the Al Ain community and local education sector is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Creative, energetic, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.

• Competitive salary estimated between AED 7,000 and AED 10,000 per month.
