Marketing Specialist (Emirati Only)

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support Ajman University in planning, coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that promote academic programmes, institutional projects and brand positioning. This role works closely with internal teams to create compelling materials, run campaigns and analyse performance to boost student recruitment and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print and event channels.
• Coordinate the production of brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations and other promotional assets.
• Support event marketing activities, including fairs, exhibitions and university initiatives.
• Help execute digital marketing actions such as social media posts, email newsletters and online advertising.
• Track and analyse campaign performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of relevant marketing experience.
• UAE national (Emirati) as specified in the posting.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, writers, photographers and videographers.
