Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will support Zimmermann’s regional marketing initiatives, working closely with Chalhoub Group’s global marketing team. You will help translate global brand objectives into local actions, ensuring a consistent client experience across all retail touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the global team to develop and execute the regional marketing plan, analysing market trends and competitor activity.
• Design and implement activation plans for store performance during key trading periods, collection launches and local events.
• Partner with retail and visual merchandising teams to deliver store activations that align with brand values.
• Drive loyalty‑program rollout, clienteling best practices and regional gifting strategy for high‑value customers.
• Support PR initiatives, including press days, influencer seeding and media opportunities, in coordination with the regional PR agency.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, monitor ROI and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience (approximately 36 months).
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
