Marketing Specialist (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role will support the national insurance company – Daman in building brand visibility, driving customer engagement and contributing to business growth through integrated marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social and traditional media channels.
• Create and update marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations and social media posts.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently to all communications.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare KPI and ROI reports and suggest optimisation.
• Organise events, sponsorships and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.
• Analyse customer insights and market trends to adapt strategies.
• Draft press releases, marketing emails and website content.
• Conduct post‑campaign evaluations and incorporate feedback from customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements in all marketing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital and traditional media.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
