Marketing Strategic Planner

About the role

The Marketing Strategic Planner will work within Emirates' Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand team to provide data‑driven insights that shape marketing campaigns across the portfolio. You will partner with media, customer insights, and analytics teams to turn brief requirements into actionable, results‑focused plans.

Key responsibilities

• Provide data‑backed assessments of brand and commercial objectives and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of 1st, 2nd and 3rd‑party customer and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Leverage RFM analysis and audience segmentation to recommend channel‑specific strategies.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure coherent analytics and planning across digital and traditional channels.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and scorecards to track campaign performance and ROI.
• Champion a customer‑centric, channel‑agnostic approach, ensuring all briefs are grounded in data insights.

Required profile

• Completed degree or honours in marketing or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a strategic planner delivering global marketing campaign briefs.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly and persuasively.
• Ability to adapt strategies based on performance data and customer feedback.
• Hands‑on digital experience and familiarity with media planning.
