Marketing, Talent Management & Events Executive (Remote, UAE)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive professional to work directly with the founder, managing personal branding strategies, influencer campaigns, talent coordination and wellness events. The role is fully remote but operates on UAE business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning through content delivery, maintaining trackers and performance reports.
• Serve as the day‑to‑day point of contact for talent, handling communications, schedules and deliverables.
• Assist in planning, logistics, vendor coordination and live execution of wellness events and brand activations.
• Support social media execution, community management, content scheduling and client performance reporting for personal branding projects.
• Prepare clear, visually compelling decks, client updates and meeting notes to keep projects moving smoothly.

Required profile

• Reliable remote work setup with stable power backup and high‑speed internet to cover UAE working hours.
• Exceptional written and spoken communication in English and Arabic.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Visually sharp with the ability to create clean, professional presentation decks.
• 2–3 years of experience in an agency, marketing, talent coordination or administrative role, or strong potential with a proactive mindset.
