Martial Arts Coach

About the role

Arada is seeking an experienced Martial Arts Coach to deliver high‑quality programs for adults, juniors, and youth at Wellfit in Dubai. The role focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment and supporting member development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver martial arts classes according to schedule and program standards.
• Create a safe, enjoyable training environment for all age groups.
• Assist members in setting and achieving personal development goals.
• Adapt coaching methods to suit varying ages, skill levels, and learning styles.
• Support junior and youth members and engage positively with parents or guardians.
• Contribute to curriculum development, progression frameworks, and competition‑focused training.
• Promote programs, support onboarding, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Required profile

• Recognized Martial Arts Coaching Certification(s) in disciplines such as BJJ, Judo, Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA, etc.
• Previous experience coaching adults and youth in group or private settings.
• Strong technical knowledge to teach martial arts safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for community building and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Required skills

• Martial Arts Coaching Certification
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
