About the role
Assisting in preparing and maintaining indoor and outdoor masonry work across various hotel areas, ensuring high‑quality wall and floor coverings. The role involves collaborating with the hotel maintenance team to ensure all masonry surfaces meet the brand’s quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain masonry work and wall/floor coverings in guest rooms, offices, lobbies, corridors, partitions, elevators, etc., using appropriate tools and materials.
- Keep an accurate log of work carried out.
- Perform day‑to‑day routine and preventive maintenance within the hotel.
- Respond promptly to maintenance calls and maintain all tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
