Master Data Executive – Automotive Spare Parts (UAE National)

About the role

The Master Data Executive ensures the integrity and accuracy of spare parts master data across ERP systems, supporting procurement, inventory, supply chain, pricing, sales, finance and warehousing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and validate spare parts master records in SAP/S/4HANA, maintaining part numbers, descriptions, supplier codes, OEM references, product hierarchy, UOM, HS codes, country of origin and warranty information.
• Coordinate new SKU creation with procurement and suppliers, ensuring complete documentation and timely onboarding of new products.
• Maintain vendor‑part relationships, supplier pricing, lead times, MOQs and sourcing data to support procurement decisions.
• Manage standard costs, landed costs, transfer pricing and selling prices, collaborating with finance and product management to protect margins.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in spare parts procurement, material management, automotive aftermarket or master data management.
• Experience with OES parts, IAM parts and automotive product databases; SAP Master Data certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP (MM, SD, Master Data) and SAP S/4HANA.
• Advanced Excel capabilities.
