Mathematics Teacher (Start Jan 2027)

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking a Mathematics Teacher to join its Abu Dhabi schools from January 2027. The role involves delivering engaging mathematics lessons across the curriculum and supporting the holistic development of a diverse student body.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver mathematics lessons that meet the England National Curriculum and cater to a wide ability range.
• Assess student progress, record data using Target Tracker and use insights to inform future planning.
• Collaborate with colleagues, curriculum support staff and external specialists such as speech therapists.
• Maintain classroom behaviour in line with school policy and foster a positive learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding student achievement and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education with a PGCE.
• 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with the England National Curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies.
• Experience working with English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners.
