نبذة عن الوظيفة

توظف مجموعة Jifmar، التي أسست عام 2005 وتعمل في خدمات بحرية عبر ثلاثة قارات، مدير إدارة الطاقم ضمن قسم إدارة الطاقم. تشمل المهام التخطيط والتنسيق والتوظيف والإدارة الإدارية للطاقم البحري.

المهام الرئيسية

إدارة تخطيط الطاقم وتنظيمه وتوزيع البحارة حسب متطلبات المشاريع مع الالتزام باللوائح
التوظيف وتوظيف البحارة وتسهيل اندماجهم ودعم تطوراتهم المهنية
إدارة السجلات الإدارية للطاقم ورواتبهم وإجازاتهم
متابعة الشهادات الإلزامية والامتثال للقوانين البحرية
إدارة طلبات التأشيرات والإجراءات المتعلقة بالهجرة
الامتثال لشروط اعتماد العملاء مثل ADNOC وARAMCO

الملف المطلوب

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة الطاقم أو العمليات البحرية
معرفة قوية باللوائح البحرية وقانون العمل
إنجليزية سلسة ومهارات جيدة في Microsoft Office
تنظيم عالي، قيادة قوية، مهارات تواصل ممتازة
