Media and Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Media & Marketing Manager to lead marketing, media, and promotional activities for international exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences. You will develop strategies, manage campaigns, and drive engagement to meet event objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and media strategies for exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email marketing, and paid advertising platforms.
• Oversee media relations, press releases, media partnerships, and promotional coverage.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, PR agencies, media partners, and external vendors.
• Manage marketing budgets, campaign timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, registrations, and other KPIs.
• Lead and supervise the marketing and media team, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, media, or communications, preferably within exhibitions, events, or B2B.
• Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and negotiation skills.
