Senior Sponsorship & Partnership Specialist

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Sponsorship & Partnership Specialist to coordinate sponsorships, partnerships and brand activations across regulated markets. The role supports regional teams, plans events and ensures seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of sponsorships, partnerships and brand activations, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
• Support regional teams in identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, business cases and activation plans.
• Plan and execute regional events, conferences, media engagements and partner activations, managing timelines, vendors and logistics.
• Work closely with partners, agencies, media partners and internal stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Marketing, PR, Content, Social, Legal and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements.
• Support PR initiatives, press events, media opportunities and announcement logistics.
• Handle contract administration, budget tracking and operational processes related to partnerships and events.
• Track campaign performance, prepare post‑event reports and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Proactive self‑starter with strong execution focus.
• Commercially minded with attention to detail and ownership.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally and building relationships across global teams.
• Curious, adaptable and eager to learn about crypto and regulated markets.
• Positive, solutions‑oriented attitude in a high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• 3–5 years experience in sponsorships, partnerships, events or PR.
• Proven project coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, crypto or regulated industries is a plus.
