Media & Communications Expert – Remote Part‑Time (up to $1,400/week)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading AI lab to train its language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide‑deck tasks. The role is fully remote, part‑time, and involves creating, evaluating and refining AI‑generated communications materials.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and review AI‑generated press releases, media statements, executive talking points and briefing memos.
• Develop crisis‑communication response plans, editorial style guides, content calendars and newsletters.
• Create and maintain media‑coverage tracking spreadsheets and slide‑deck presentations.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in journalism, corporate communications or public relations, with a track record of shaping messaging for executives or media outlets.
• Strong news judgment and command of AP style or equivalent editorial standards.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and deliver high‑quality documents, spreadsheets and slides.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for spreadsheet management.
• Professional competence in Microsoft PowerPoint for slide‑deck design.

What we offer

• Compensation of $70 per hour, up to $1,400 per week.
• Flexible schedule: 5–20 hours per week (or more).
