Media Executive – Associate Media UAE Talent

About the role

The Media Executive supports the development and execution of media plans and campaigns, ensuring efficient implementation of strategies to meet client objectives and drive agency growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of media plans, including scheduling and placement of ads across various channels.
• Coordinate with media vendors to ensure timely delivery of media assets and placements.
• Monitor and manage media campaigns to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Support negotiation of media rates and placements, securing favorable terms.
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and source new opportunities.
• Collect and analyze media performance data, providing insights for optimization.
• Prepare regular reports on media activities, budget tracking, and campaign results.
• Adjust strategies as needed to improve performance and achieve campaign goals.
• Act as a point of reference for clients and internal teams regarding media planning and execution.
• Manage media schedules, trafficking of ads, and ensure accurate delivery of materials.

Required profile

• UAE Family Book is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media or a related field.
• Strong interest in the media landscape and a desire to learn about media planning and buying.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
