Medical Affairs Manager – Clinical Governance

About the role

The Medical Affairs Manager will lead clinical governance activities across SEHA Clinics, ensuring high‑quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the role coordinates medical committees, physician privileging and special clinical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Chair, co‑chair or serve as member of medical committees such as M&M, Privileging and Occupational Board, driving case review and improvement actions.
• Support physician privileging, re‑privileging and scope‑of‑practice expansion, maintaining a 100 % audit target with no deficiencies.
• Lead bi‑weekly lead‑physician meetings, disseminating updates on clinical matters, service expansions and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate special projects assigned by the CMO, including program readiness for IFHAS, Well‑Child Visits, Premarital Screening and Obesity Management.
• Collaborate with clinical leads to identify and implement new procedures and service expansions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Monitor medical affairs KPIs and performance metrics, supporting financial sustainability and revenue‑generation opportunities.
• Ensure meetings are productive, goals are met and strategies are executed while keeping patient outcomes as the primary focus.
