Medical Representative – Dubai & North East

About the role

PAXAS Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to cover Dubai and the North‑East region. This full‑time remote position involves promoting a specialised portfolio of fertility, sexual health, weight‑management and broader men’s and women’s health products to healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct virtual or field meetings with physicians, pharmacists, clinics and hospitals.
• Provide accurate product information, clinical data and support patient access.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, gather feedback, and report on competitor activity.
• Participate in digital marketing initiatives and attend online training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong medical sales and account‑management experience, preferably in the UAE market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine or pharmacy to understand product indications and clinical data.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory plan and prioritize tasks.
