Medical Representative

About the role

The Medical Representative will develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers, drive business growth and exceed sales targets. This role requires a strategic approach to account management, superior customer service and effective execution of sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product awareness and maximize revenue.
• Analyze market trends and competitive products to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long‑term business partnerships.
• Provide superior customer service by detailing product benefits to doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Gather and compile market intelligence on competitors’ products, industry trends, and customer feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related medical field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Medical Representative within the UAE healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
• High level of customer service orientation and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license.
