Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote assigned pharmaceutical products and healthcare solutions to physicians, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. This full‑time, on‑site position involves regular visits, product detailing, and educational support to drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute territory sales activities, ensuring coverage of assigned accounts.
• Maintain and develop relationships with healthcare professionals, presenting products in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, delivering timely reports and insights to sales and management teams.
• Support marketing initiatives, attend relevant conferences or events, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in medical sales and strong understanding of sales processes and territory management.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for building professional relationships.
• Foundational knowledge of medicine and pharmacy to accurately present product information.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, or a related health discipline (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales (advantageous).
• Ability to work independently, with high professionalism and ethical conduct.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
