Meeting & Events Executive

About the role

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing or the Assistant Director of Sales, you will implement sales activities and maximise business opportunities for meetings and events. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and business partners to drive event sales.
• Handle enquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and coordinate events from planning through execution.
• Identify sales opportunities, achieve revenue targets and maximise profits across rooms, meetings and F&B departments.
• Generate and maintain corporate segment customers through face‑to‑face calls, telephone outreach and entertainment activities.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of the portfolio, delivering high‑quality client service and meeting productivity targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in meetings & events, sales, banquet operations or event management within hospitality.
• Previous experience in the UAE with an international hotel brand is preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS and catering systems such as Opera Cloud, Anis, Cvent or Passk.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as business demands require.
