About the role
Citi’s Mehnaty Graduate Program is a 12‑month, full‑time opportunity designed for Emirati graduates. Participants will join Citi’s Dubai office as analysts and receive on‑the‑job training across various business lines.
Key responsibilities
- Work within an assigned Citi department, supporting daily operations and team projects.
- Apply classroom knowledge to real‑world banking and financial tasks.
- Collaborate with senior staff to develop professional skills and industry insight.
Required profile
- Emirati citizen.
- Final‑year undergraduate (any discipline) graduating this year or next, or a recent graduate.
- Minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Completed mandatory military service.
