Citi's Mehnaty Graduate Program in the UAE offers a 12‑month on‑the‑job experience for Emirati graduates. Analysts will rotate across different business areas, gaining practical knowledge and building a professional network within the bank.
Required profile
- Emirati citizen
- Final‑year undergraduate (any discipline) graduating this year or next, or recent graduate
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
- Completed military service
