About the role
We are looking for a senior leader to drive Corporate Services delivery across the MENA region, ensuring safe, resilient and high‑quality workplaces while acting as the main liaison between local stakeholders and functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day Corporate Services across MENA offices, serving as the principal regional contact for senior management and key internal stakeholders.
- Represent MENA priorities with Corporate Services leadership, prepare concise decision‑ready information and support continuous improvement and new service implementation.
- Oversee workplace, facilities and amenities services—including building infrastructure, maintenance, employee and guest experience, mail, archiving and copier support—while maintaining high standards of quality and value.
- Manage regional service‑provider relationships, monitor delivery against service levels, KPIs and KRIs, address under‑performance and coordinate commercial, contract and procurement matters.
- Support workplace and property projects, maintaining oversight of implementation, risks, dependencies, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain a robust control environment for health and safety, business continuity, operational resilience, risk and audit requirements.
Required profile
- Significant experience in corporate services, facilities management, workplace services, real‑estate operations or a comparable regional operational role across multiple offices or countries.
- Demonstrated leadership and people‑management capability, able to set priorities, establish accountability and deliver through geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills with credibility to build trusted relationships and present complex operational matters to senior leaders, landlords and vendors.
- Proven operational, project and vendor‑management skills, including service‑level monitoring, issue resolution, contract awareness, cost/value considerations and risk management.
- Strong risk and control judgement, experience identifying operational risks, assessing controls and supporting health‑and‑safety, security, business continuity and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organization, problem‑solving and cultural awareness, fluency in English and ability to work across MENA; Arabic or another regional language is advantageous.
