MEP Manager

About the role

The MEP Manager will lead the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and ELV systems across large‑scale building projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from design coordination to final handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP works, including design coordination, shop drawings, material submittals and technical approvals.
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure timely, quality delivery and compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural and structural teams for integrated project execution.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system validation and final inspections, liaising with consultants, clients and authorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction on large residential, commercial or mixed‑use developments.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and fluency in written and spoken English.
• Current residence in Qatar or another GCC country with relevant local experience.
• Valid MMUP/UPDA registration where applicable.

• Testing and commissioning of building services.
• Knowledge of authority approvals and local regulations.
