MEP Project Manager

About the role

CSCEC ME is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for overall project delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with contract and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, assigning duties, monitoring quality and ensuring milestone achievement.
• Prepare and submit project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, method statements and variation claims.
• Track cash flow, progress and long‑lead items, and handle claims, NCRs, clearances and EOT submissions.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, authorities and subcontractors for approvals, inspections and handovers.
• Oversee health, safety and quality procedures, conduct toolbox talks and manage manpower on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, preferably on high‑rise tower projects.
