MEP Project Manager – Large Scale Projects in Dubai

About the role

China State Construction is recruiting an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead large‑scale projects in Dubai. The role carries full responsibility for project delivery, team leadership, and coordination with subcontractors, consultants and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MEP project team, assign duties and monitor quality feedback.
• Prepare and submit all project documentation, including drawings, RFIs, method statements, claims and variations.
• Track cash flow, progress, long‑lead items and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Enforce health and safety policies, supervise safety compliance and report incidents.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and authorities to expedite site progress, oversee testing, commissioning and handover procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including high‑rise tower projects in the UAE.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale MEP projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
