Merchandising Category Manager – Retail Confectionery

About the role

Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER is seeking a dynamic Merchandising Category Manager to lead its retail confectionery portfolio. You will be responsible for growing food categories, maximizing productivity per square foot, and delivering creative merchandising initiatives across our diverse brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies that drive sales and profitability.
• Improve productivity per square foot and overall sales performance.
• Manage assortments, promotions, and space planning.
• Initiate brand partnerships and launch creative campaigns.
• Analyze sales and stock performance and prepare reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience with a reputable confectionery or food‑retail brand.
• Proven leadership abilities and a strong commercial mindset.
• Fluent English, valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally and overseas.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
