MERN Stack Developer

About the role

Intelligent Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client, a fast-growing organization, for a MERN Stack Developer to join its technology team in Dubai. The role suits someone who enjoys building scalable applications and solving complex technical challenges across front-end and back-end technologies, designing and improving high-performance web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance scalable backend services with Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Create responsive front-end interfaces with React.js, Material UI, Bootstrap and CSS.
• Design and optimize database structures, queries and stored procedures in MySQL, including query tuning, indexing and caching.
• Analyze data models and application workflows to find performance improvements.
• Write clean, documented code and troubleshoot issues across front-end and back-end.
• Collaborate with product, design and business teams, take part in Agile activities such as sprint planning, code reviews and testing, and support deployment and basic DevOps and system maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2-5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with the MERN stack.
• Proven experience building RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work independently and collaboratively; immediate availability or short notice preferred.
