Microsoft 365 Office 365 Adoption Success Manager and Business Analyst

About the role

The Microsoft 365 Adoption Success Manager & Business Analyst drives the adoption and value realization of Microsoft 365 across the organization. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the role focuses on improving collaboration, productivity, and automation through effective use of M365 capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges and opportunities.
• Gather, document and prioritize business requirements and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Analyse current‑state processes and map them to Microsoft 365 capabilities.
• Develop practical M365 use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, demos and proof‑of‑concept activities to showcase value.
• Drive adoption of services such as Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, Power BI, Entra, Purview, Defender, Intune and Microsoft Graph.
• Establish an internal champions network to sustain adoption.
• Define, measure and report on productivity, automation and Copilot‑assisted outcomes.
• Provide business‑focused roadmaps and executive reporting aligned with organizational goals.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 adoption, digital workplace, business analysis or change management.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience documenting business processes, requirements and adoption strategies.
• Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
