About the role
TCS (MEA) is hiring a Microsoft CRM Architect in Dubai, UAE, for a full-time position. The role is pivotal during the implementation phase, translating business requirements into a scalable, secure and integrated CRM solution. It provides overall technical leadership and works closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers and project managers.
Key responsibilities
- Drive solution design and oversee CRM configuration and customizations
- Define integration and data migration strategies
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices
- Govern the successful delivery of the platform
- Align the solution with business objectives, enterprise architecture standards, security requirements and future growth needs
- Mitigate implementation risks and ensure user adoption
