About the role
Join the Abu Dhabi EDITION hotel as a Minibar Intern and gain hands‑on experience in daily hotel operations. The internship is part of Marriott International’s Hotel Internship Program, designed for current college or university students who want to explore a career in hospitality. You will work alongside experienced staff, learn how minibar inventory is managed, assist with guest requests, and understand the standards of service that define a luxury boutique hotel. The program immerses you in the brand’s culture, offering insight into the blend of boutique design and world‑class service that characterises the EDITION brand. By participating you will build on classroom studies, discover the inner workings of a hotel, and develop a foundation for post‑graduation opportunities in the travel and hospitality industry.
