Mixologist – Riviera on the Beach

About the role

Join the iconic Riviera on the Beach bar team as a Mixologist, delivering world‑class cocktails and unforgettable experiences for discerning guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, craft and present a wide range of premium cocktails and beverages in line with brand standards.
• Maintain accurate bar inventory, conduct regular stock checks and manage ordering.
• Uphold food‑and‑beverage hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
• Train, mentor and support junior bar staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Engage with guests to ensure personalized service and memorable moments.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage department to coordinate service flow and special events.

Required profile

• Minimum of 24 months (2 years) professional mixology experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high‑end bar.
• Strong passion for cocktail craftsmanship and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
